Visit the Great Park Pumpkin Harvest this Saturday in Irvine
The Great Park Pumpkin Harvest takes place Saturday, October 22, 2011 from 10 am – 3 pm. Admission is free but you will need to pay $10 for parking.
If you haven’t visited the Orange County Great Park recently, this Saturday would be the perfect time to do so. The Great Park Balloon will be decorated as a giant Jack-O-Lantern during the Pumpkin Harvest. Plus the Park will have activities for the kids such as decorating pumpkins, train rides, a mini hay maze, petting zoo and other arts and crafts.
And don’t forget the Great Park Balloon, it’s always a treat to go on it. In fact this past weekend my sister and brother in law took their entire family on a ride on the balloon and they loved it. The views on a clear day are breathtaking!
Plus, this Saturday you’ll have the opportunity to help local food banks by donating canned goods. Community Action Partnership and Second Harvest Food Bank will be collecting any canned goods and other non-perishable goods that visitors may want to donate.

Sounds like a great deal for the whole family. Pumpkin carving is always too fun. Hope we’ll see this deal again next year
