Ruby’s Diner is celebrating it’s 29th year and on Wednesday December 7, 2011 they will be offering a Ruby Burger and fries for only $2.90!

My wife and I love eating at Ruby’s, so I’m sure we’ll have lunch on Wednesday.

There’s about 30 or so Ruby’s Diner locations in Southern California, so I’m sure you’re within a few minutes of one.

Personally I like the Ruby’s at the end of the Huntington Beach and Balboa Piers.

Here’s a photo I captured not to long ago as a group of motorcyle cops were returning from lunch from Ruby’s at the Huntington Beach Pier.

Dining at the Ruby’s at the end of the piers has an extra fun factor. There’s always something to see at the pier.

Whether it’s the surfers, fisherman or simply to people watch. Do what I do and take a camera, you’ll most likely find something cool to photograph and capture that memorable or funny moment.
